Bathroom was ideal with a small shower. The loft area had a video game table but unfortunately, there is no plug anywhere near the machine. If you want to play it, which I did because I loved Frogger and Pac-Man, you would have to pick the heavy machine up to plug it in. One important note is that this home is on well...

"Great place to stay to experience virtually no disturbing noise or other distractions. Centrally located between Naples, Penn Yan and Hammondsport for excursions to those places which was one of our objectives. Stayed in the downstairs bedroom and it was very comfortable. Had good lighting throughout the cabin. Pleased to have stayed here."

"Cozy, Charming Cabin in a Tranquil Setting My husband and I and our two pupsters enjoyed a wonderful three-day getaway here (only wish it were longer). The cozy, lovingly decorated cabin is located on a secluded, tranquil property with lots of land for long walks. Kathy and Ted Grey are wonderful hosts (this was our second stay at one of their cabins). The Greys are friendly and responsive with helpful suggestions for places to visit. "Everything was wonderful! The only issue we had was the water temperature in the hot tub. The first night we went to get into it and it was only 73 degrees. It took all night to get it up to 104. In previous stays at places with hot tubs the tub was already at temperature. We were a little disappointed but we were still able to get in it 4/5 times for our 2 night stay. "

"House was very clean and a very short walk to Keuka College Campus that had breathtaking views of Keuka Lake. House is pet friendly, 1 dog up to 50lb. My pug enjoyed the freedom of the fenced in backyard and not having to be tethered to his leash. Kitchen was modern, beds & linen very comfortable. Communication with host was excellent and he was very quick to reapond to any questions or issues. Would definitely stay there again"

"This property is right on the lake! We kayaked after we found the lifejackets in the crawlspace. The couch was so dirty it needs to be replaced - we pulled sheets off an unused bed to sit. Cabinets need cleaning out, the shelf liner is sticky. Carpets stained. Ceiling stains from a leak. Bedspreads need replacing. Plan your groceries and outings bc it’s remote. Construction addition is going on next door, which is outside your control. Overall a good stay other than what’s noted here."

"The house was wonderful for our large family gathering. The living areas are more spacious than they appear in the photos and offer many spots for private or small group conversations. Rebecca quickly answered any questions or concerns including having the driveway plowed!"
