"The house is absolutely gorgeous! We were all able to get warm showers. The water pressure in the kitchen isn’t great but the bathroom sink is good if you need faster water (I had sippy cups to wash.). The fridge/freezer is small but works great we had 4 days worth of food in there no issues. We had plenty of energy from the solar panels, we left the bathroom light on all night for the kiddos. We had sooooo much fun exploring the property. Although you can hear quite a bit of traffic...

"Lovely cottage full of beautiful furnishings and art, adding a warm, cozy, and inspiring atmosphere. Host was so accommodating and made sure every convenience was available. Nearby Letchworth State Park was beautiful, full of scenic waterfalls and hiking trails. Hope to visit again, perhaps in the Fall!"

"The host was so kind and explained all the unique features of the cabin. It was a cozy place for a girls weekend getaway! "

"The property was really cute. The stairs from the parking lot could use some work down near the house some of them are unstable and tippy. The large windows in the livingroom are beautiful and we enjoyed looking over the edge into the gorge and river area. The girls and I loved going down the spiral staircase and into the river area, such a sweet location. "

"Good stay! Home was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location-just minutes from Letchworth State Park and a short walk to the lake. Be sure to bring your own towels and bedding, as noted. A special bonus during our visit was the local Shakespeare in the Park performance ("Shake by the Lake"), which added a unique and memorable touch to our trip."

"Our family loved our stay. The cottage is beautiful inside and out. We booked due to the location between Letchworth and Stony Brook State Parks for our hiking vacation and were pleasantly surprised to find out there were miles of trails through the forest behind the cabin included with the property. The pond was my youngests son and husband's favorite bonus. Many large mouth bass were caught including the fattest bluegill ever seen.*All were returned back to pond as it's catch and release.I...

"Cozy and comfortable! Your own little "house" with a great porch for coffee and reading. A place to sit for movie-watching or reading, good seating for eating meals. Just enough bathroom for getting ready. Location is great for quick trips into town and expressways to visit other towns nearby hiking locations. Great communication with owners. "

"This was one of the best vrbo houses we have stayed at. We are a group of 13 women relatives and we have been gathering once a year for 13 years. Tonys' house was clean, roomy, comfortable and beautiful! there were lots of instruction sheets near things like Wifi, AC, kitchen and doors. These made things easy to use. We loved using the pool, especially since it was 95 degrees some days. We will be planning a return trip in the near future. Thanks Tony for the great place."

"Me and my girlfriend had an amazing stay this past weekend. The cabin was clean and well stocked with everyday needs. We were allowed to use the shower in the barn, which was a great surprise.
