"Very clean, host very responsive to all questions. Fenced yard is great for dogs.Check-in extremely easy.Host left complimentary snacks and wine from the local winery. Lots of lovely "extras" provided by owner (smores packages, dog bowls/toys, etc).Wonderful location as well.Overall, great property and exactly as advertised."

"Inside the house needs a little updating, ( mostly the wall paper)I love old houses so it was perfect. The patio area needs work especially with the weeds. But again it was fine for us.I would definitely stay there again"

"The location and accommodations were very nice..enjoyed the indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi...having a shuttle available was excellent...they had a bottle of champagne and champagne flutes at the front desk but did not offer to individuals checking in..."

"Not a lot of options around the hotel. "

"I've been staying at this hotel for nearly 40 years. Rooms are always clean and staff is very helpful."

"Not a good experience!"

"Staff at night wasn’t sure if EV charging was free or not. No clear indication if breakfast was included"

"Finding a place to stay in Skaneateles area can be difficult, not many options and many are very expensive. This motel is adequate for a brief stay, clean enough, old fashioned with no real amenities. But it is close to Skaneateles and Auburn so overall it is reasonable."

"This is a very nice hotel with comfortable beds; the room was very clean and free Wi-Fi was available. I would stay again here."

"Quaint hotel, clean room with fridge & microwave. Our room was in great condition, clearly renovated in the past year or so. The bathroom was nice too. Nothing that stands out, but it was in good condition, clean and with plenty of hot water. The bottled water, fresh fruits and snacks were a nice and welcomed touch. Coffee & mini muffins are available at reception every morning too."

"extremely clean and peaceful. excellent breakfast with friendly staff"

"The owner and her assistant, Mary were very friendly and helpful! Beautifully maintained place to stay that’s only a few steps from the main strip of restaurants, shops, and lake."

"Hotel simples e antigo, precisando de reforma. Quarto com forte cheiro. Café da manhã simples, padrão dos hotéis americanos desse porte, e com pouco espaço para os hóspedes. Não valeu o valor que foi cobrado."
