"Great location for where we needed to be. 5 minute walk to the rink. 3 floor walk up may be a challenge. Food and excellent restaurants close by. Knead to eat , best breakfast place! Tailor and Bakercwas a great choice for dinner. Nina’s pizza was out of this world great!! We used on street parking the entire weekend. Thank you to our host!"

"The home is beautiful and spacious! The couch in the living room was very comfortable and the TV was a smart tv so we could access apps we subscribed to and logged in. All the bedrooms also have TVs in them as well which was nice as some guests prefer to fall asleep with a tv on. The beds/pillows were great and we all felt like we were getting a good nights sleep. "The apartment was comfy and perfectly described. The neighbors were kind and offered suggestions around the city. The hostess was very knowledgeable about the city and provided great recommendations for food and local businesses. If we’re ever back in Utica we’ll definitely check out this location again! "
