"We enjoyed the quiet, wooded setting. The cabin is new and nicely appointed. We enjoyed visiting the Almanzo Wilder farm, hiking, and visiting Saranac Lake and the Eisenhower Lock on the St. Lawrence River. Plenty to do, but the cabin is also nice for relaxing. The firepit was great also."

"Or cabin was beautiful! It’s amazing what they did with this space. We were very comfortable and cannot wait to return! We truly enjoyed the outdoor space. I was making coffee on Saturday and three deer visited the site. Such a peaceful place to get away and relax. "

"Really enjoyed the place! If you are looking for peace and quiet then you need to book this cabin. Sit out on the screened in porch or take a nap out there as well and listen to the St. Regis River run over the rocks. Plenty of acreage that Louie and Sandy have to walk along the established trails and take in the smells of the Adirondack forest. Just down the road is the Catherineville State Forest 1600 acres to explore as well as Sylvan Falls. Potsdam is about 20-25 mins away with some good...

"This a cute property. It has recently been renovated blending its classic original charm and modern amenities. This home is clean and comes with everything you would need on a trip away. The kitchen is heavily stocked with with utensils, pots and pans, and small kitchen appliances. It is also loaded with spices, seasonings and some everyday foods. "This historical home is just so cool. My kids kept finding new treasures throughout the home. We used it as homebase for my son's wedding and extended family and friends were very comfortable.
