"Quiet farmhouse about 15-20 mins away from BU campus. Super friendly owners and check-in/out was very easy. Great communication also. If you have a dog or like horses this is a perfect place to stay"

"I've stayed here several times in the past. It's always very clean in a respectful place, peaceful and go out and enjoy a fire in the evening. Not be bothered by people, and yeah, just a nice little getaway.When you're on the road for work, it's nice to find a place like this"

"Our large, 3-generation, family of 22 (ages 4-84) recently stayed at Coyote Ridge Estates for a week. It was an excellent choice as there was plenty of space for everyone to be together or to get some privacy/quiet if needed. The clubhouse appealed to "children" of all ages and both Leah and Randy were so responsive by text to any concerns that arose during our stay. We went with one of Leah's suggestions for catering for 2 different nights and were not disappointed - would definitely use...

"The unit is very clean and well run. Prompt communication and everything as advertised. Was the perfect place to rest while in town visiting family nearby. Hope to stay again!"

"We were welcomed with fresh eggs and bread. Melissa was amazing to work with and anything that came up. She addressed quickly. It was on beautiful piece of property, access was great. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but everything is well kept for a 200 year-old house! It was the experience I wanted our family to have!"
