"

"The first thing we noticed on entering the cottage was that it was immaculate. The bedrooms were comfortable & supplied with ample bedding & towels. The kitchen is modern with new appliances & plenty of cooking, cutlery, dishes, glasses @ mugs. Easy WIFI connections. We had a fire alarm snafu which the host addressed promptly. We were very satisfied with this property. "

"1. Floors wet when we arrived because they had just been mopped. There was water oozing from the flooring in the kitchen. When dry the floors were sticky.2. The bathroom sink barely drained. We finally just used the kitchen sink. The shower drained better but stillstanding in water while showering.3. "Cafe da manhã com poucas opções e pobre variedade de alimentos. Além disso fizeram uma cobrança inadequada de estacionamento que é pago! Só usei o carro por 2 dias e me cobraram pelos 4 dias da minha estadia. Ao verificar esse erro no check-out comuniquei a funcionária que disse não poderia resolver e me passou o e-mail do gerente. No mesmo dia enviei o e-mail com a descrição do ocorrido, mas sigo sem nenhum retorno até o momento."
