"It was way over priced. This day and age we all have phones tablets and other devices that need charging. There were very few plugs to charge things. Watching TV was not fun, trying to figure out the remotes and WiFi and cable kept going off."

"The hotel looks okay overall, and the staff were friendly. However, please be extremely careful with the breakfast waffle machine. The top handle/hinge was far too loose. When I opened it, the lid fell down and burned the back of my hand. Although the front desk provided burn ointment at the time, the wound has since festered/ulcerated and remains very painful. I am unsure how long it will take to heal. Management needs to repair or replace that equipment immediately before someone else gets...

"The view was phenomenal. We were there in late October and were able to see all the autumn colours. The food at the onsite Bistro was excellent. Be sure to reserve your spot early. The staff was super friendly and helpful."

"If you want a clean room with a great view this is the place. The room is not luxurious but it is comfortable. There is no daily room service or food service but there is a restaurant on the property open for lunch and dinner most days. There are bins with some essentials like coffee, toilet paper, and extra towels outside of the front office. The maids are around during the day and are helpful if there is a problem or if you need anything. We've booked two stays there and plan to return."

"O hotel fica a beira do Keuka Lake que é muito bonito."

"The air conditioning HVAC system is very loud when it kicks on. It makes a loud noise. Also, the bathrooms could use a refreshment, not necessarily a total makeover, but some improvements to refresh. Also, no coffee maker in the room by coffee is available in the lobby. The dark plum comforter on the bed is a nice touch maybe , but would prefer a lighter color as these dark colors can hide stains and what not."

"Poor service because of no office. Basic room with no blow dryer and a $20 heater on the floor. Bed was comfortable. Room is 12 x 12. Not worth the money."

"This is the second time we have stayed here. The property has a great location and easy to find. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a great view of the lake. Our room had a private patio, which was perfect for morning coffee. Staff is always helpful and have great suggestions for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend staying here."

"Great breakfast and the location for a Finger Lakes Winery tour was perfect. Short walking distance to many good dining options."

"Good and affordable for one night stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay, I would highly recommend ,the Longhouse Manor, plus seeing all the deer was a bonus. We liked that it was very close to the town. The cleanliness was a big part of why we stayed here. Don’t pass this place up!!"

"This was the second time we’ve stay at the Gothic Inn . It’s a beautiful Inn everything is done with great care . The breakfast is delicious so don’t miss it. The setting is gorgeous."
