"Had an absolutely lovely stay at Ryan's place for graduation week!The apartment is not fancy but is immaculate and comfortable. It is well stocked with everything you need and more. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. I had one very minor issue which was handled in a few hours.I'm only sorry I didn't discover this place 4 years ago at the start of our college journey. It would have saved me from a lot of lousy other apartment rentals and expensive hotels."

"We were extremely pleased with this rental. The house was very clean with new appliances including a washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding looked new and clean. Almost everything we needed for our week's stay was there too. Carol, our host, couldn't have been nicer and more responsive. We would highly recommend this location!"
