"The room had an awful cigarette smell even when the room was non smoking, but overall clean. The guy at the office was very nice. He was nice enough to let us check in early without extra fees, but the neighbors were very disrespectful staying out in the parking lot very late making noise, kids crying and yelling all night, didn't rest at all. A plus was that it's pet friendly but even my dogs were anxious with all the wall banging."

"We were very surprised by the high ratings and “exceptional” descriptions in the listing. They were responsive to our messages and check in was easy, but we would not stay at this place again.
The photos were accurate but the apartment could use some sprucing up (ie, paint, chipped tiles, etc). We had a toilet that didn’t flush properly, and was a continued problem throughout the night.
The only a/c unit (located in the bedroom) wasn’t sufficient for cooling down the entire place, or even...
