"This is our fourth Postcard Cabins stay (second in Talledega) and we are fans for life. We love the feeling of total removal from normal life; never having to see/speak to other people and just being completely alone. It's the most rejuvenating getaway for us. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a retreat and unplugging!"

"Great stay on the lake! The location is amazing, quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway with a view. The home is comfortable and clean with a nice great room to gather. The hosts made life vests and some floats, as well as board games, available which made it so easy to just arrive and enjoy! "

"This stay really exceeded my expectations. It was a lot better than I expected: very clean and well stocked. The lake was really fun for my kids with a beach and floating island. Really friendly neighbors were always eager to chat or offer a golf cart ride. Very good communication from owner. The ladder up to the bed on the loft was pretty steep. My kids and I loved it, but it might be treacherous for anyone with mobility issues. "

"We had a group of 15 celebrating our friend’s 60th birthday. Our group travels together at least twice a year and the Perch has been the BEST place we have ever stayed!!! It’s not only beautiful but clean and very well stocked. We will definitely stay here again. "

"The property is located right at the marina. This made it easy to pull out boat out every night and charge the batteries. The loft is not an option for older people because the stairs are too steep, but perfect for children or young adults who don’t mind crawling up the stairs. I found it kind of cozy and didn’t mind it at all. I have stayed in these tiny homes several times and have always loved it here. I hope to be coming back again soon "

"We have visited others at this property before, and knew it would be perfect for our own large family gathering. We had 15 people (plus a newborn) staying in the home, and there was no shortage of space. The kitchen was well stocked and had two fridges. The owners had practically everything we needed from towels to extra blankets, laundry detergent, etc. The view of the lake is amazing and there were so many water toys to entertain kids, young and old. We look forward to returning here next...
