"We stayed at this beautiful property in July. The home has everything you could need during your stay. It’s right on the river and has a great dock with a huge swing to enjoy the beautiful sunsets! Everything you need to enjoy the river is provided. Kayaks, paddle boards, tubes and more. There is a fire pit and tree swing. There are deer all around the property and the fish literally jump out of the water! The property is close enough to town if you want to grab dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed...

"We spent two weeks at this delightful property and enjoyed every minute of it. The scenery is incredible--we sat outside on the deck or porch every day and watched the river flow by. Just beautiful! The house is charming and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. The area is quiet and peaceful, a great place to relax and unwind. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are planning to return next year to this wonderful property!"

"This place has everything for a family vacation. It’s clean, comfortable and the hosts have thought of everything in between to make the stay fun and easy. The access to the springs is perfect. But honestly my favorite part was cooking a family dinner in the huge kitchen with my brother in law, puzzling late at night with the grandparents, and games with the kids nieces and nephews. This place was the perfect place to make memories. "

"First pulling up on the property I was ready for a relaxing weekend. The 3rd floor porch was an outstanding spot to look over the river. The dock brings you right into the water. When you are looking at the house from the dock it looks like an estate. The neighbors were nice and helped with directions and closest stores. I recommend to get everything needed on the way in. "

"Beautiful small town close to the springs and softball fields of Newberry. The home was a perfect oasis with kicking air conditioning and plenty of space for everyone. I'd definitely come again if we're in the area. "

"If you want to disconnect from the city this is the perfect place. You can appreciate and feel the nature around you. The hot tube and the shower are amazing. Only complain is for the bathrooms that don’t have A/C and during the day was very hot inside. "

"The property was great and exactly as described. The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. There were a few gnats about outside but none of them were of the biting kind. Would definitely stay again."

"Reminiscent of Grandparents Lake House/Hunting Cabin, on beautiful/scenic location with lots of deer and other wildlife around. The local Park Access Keys, that comes with rental, provided a Huge plus for us and we also launched our Kayak from them. No kayaks here or access right now from backyard creek to Santa Fe river, as trees blocking/down creek but was easy and very close to transport to local launch areas. No wifi but We have AT&T and with our phone hotspot were able to connect and watch...

"We loved our stay here! The place was super spacious and had an absolutely amazing view. It was really close to Little River, which was so convenient. The owner was great with communication and made everything smooth from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This home was perfect for our family of six, five adults and one teen. Very functional and beautiful. The view of the river from the dock was serene and morning coffee on the porch was a great way to start the day. Captain Cas was easily reached by text. Definitely would stay here again. "
