"We booked this property for a family celebration. It is located in a very pleasant location close to Chichester Harbour. We had a lovely Sunday lunch in the local pub and a good breakfast in the harbour cafe.The house and garden are beautiful, all the bedrooms are well sized and all have en suite bathrooms except one which has its own, just not en suite. "Beautiful property. Perfect for our party of seven attending Goodwood Revival once more. There is nothing to object in general. A few details can be improved: Provide serving trays. Fix outdoor lights. Fix air conditioner. A better cleaning of spider webs inside and out. Second double bed was all broken and mattress would fall into its hole. Provide a Nespresso coffee machine with pods which can be obtained locally. We ran out of them and none in Chichester. No drinking water jugs. No firewood...

"A fabulous place to stay, the house is furnished to a very high standard, with everything you could need, the pool was really lovely too. With only a short walk you can be in Petworth town centre which has great shops & pubs and also a lovely cinema, which is worth a visit. Carole & Robert are great hosts. I would highly recommend the Poolhouse "
