"Love this place! Definitely my favourite place I stayed at on the trip! So unique, welcoming and well kept. The staff were all super friendly, the owner was welcoming and available to answer questions. It was such a nice and relaxing place that it was a great stop to end our trip to unwind. I would like to run away from home and live here full time, please! Also, the town itself was quite charming with so many alleyways filled with beautiful murals. "

"The Bedrock Hotel is a one-of-a-kind place: quirkily but tastefully decorated with wonderful management. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Debbie helped me arrange a tour to the Cameron Highlands and transport to the train station. I'd highly recommend the Bedrock, and I'll stay there the next time I visit Ipoh, a little gem of a town that's not yet spoiled by an onslaught of tourists."

"Generally an excellent stay. Staff helpful and polite. Howeved, wifi connection poor. Also no bar or coffee bar. Only 1 restaurant - food was acceptable for the price. Not great. "

"It is a very convenient location and affordable. It would be nice to see a new coat of paint of the hotel rooms and replace the carpet with laminate wood floor which make the room more appealing to stay and keep clean."

"The hotel was very clean and nice, although there isn't a lot around the area. It's about a 17min walk to the nearest supermarket which is in a mall. Could do with some comfortable loungers at the pool. There were only 2. Also, there are a lot of families so is busy around 5ish until 7ish. The 2nd floor garden area is beautiful and peaceful."

"A funky boutique hotel fine for one night stay everything about it is a little unusual takes a little bit of driving to get to anything from it. Interesting decorations for breakfast was fair."

"Amrit from the Lobby Café delivered outstanding, personalized service throughout our two days at the Lobby Lounge. His attentiveness and ability to remember my tea preference after the first day reflected true professionalism. Lynah, Ambassador on 31/01/26 and Receptionist on 01/02–02/02, was equally commendable, explaining room facilities, fulfilling requests with follow-up, and respecting privacy. However, Room 6008 had several issues. Breakfast on 01/02/26 lacked butter and featured a poorly...
