"Room is a very old non standard footprint but the biggest issue was power, old control panel kept losing power so had daily maintenance repair crews. Hotel was also really old but still needs to have working lights and plugs."

I beg to differ as during breakfast, there was so little people. Old wing rooms were dilapidated and water in the shower alternated between hot and cold even after adjustment.
