"Set in a beautiful spot overlooking the lake. The village is about 2-3 miles away but don't take the car. The roads just get narrower and narrower and are extremely steep. The hotel has no lift but we were given a room on the ground floor as my husband has problems with stairs. The downside of this was that we were awoken by a table top sale being set up right outside our window by some very noisy Brits. I am surprised that the hotel allowed this immediately outside bedroom windows. Beware...

"Really super house which is lovely and remote, where you feel away from everything. The pool is great with fantastic views of endless olive trees. The local village is lovely with delightful restaurants and friendly, welcoming people. "We stayed at Juan‘s house for a couple of weeks in the summer and really enjoyed it! The house is spacious and leaves more than enough room for everybody. Our personal highlights were the two terraces on the upper floor and at the front porch, both with beautiful views of the lake, especially during sunset.
