"The place is very dated, could do with a little TLC. There is no lift to the upper rooms, had it stated this on the website, I would not have booked. Having mobility problems, but not enough to have an accessable room, it was difficult with the stairs and luggage, however the receptionist did offer help. The room was clean but the plumbing very noisy! If you are at the front of the building, the road is very noisy, all through the night, especially if you sleep with the window open, with the hot...

"O hotel é muito bom! Perto da estação de trem de de ônibus, e está na área comercial da cidade perto de lojas e restaurantes! O atendimento foi muito bom! O restaurante do hotel é muito bom! Valeu muito a pena jantar lá! O qurarto tem um bom tamanho, estava bem limpo assim como o banheiro! Wifi funcionou bem e de cortesia! Ótimo café da manhã! Ponto negativo e por isso não dei 5 estrelas é a acústica do hotel que realmente é ruim!"

"Amazing location. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but managed to find a spot. The pub in the hotel felt like a locals spot and was amazing to sit and watch a football match. The room was nice for the night we stayed."

"The room was decent and the bed comfortable. The issue we had was the bar had closed at 10.25pm and the bar staff wouldn’t serve us despite us having been told that it would be open until 11pm. We weren’t even allowed to add drinks to our bill and have them in our room because the barman said he’s closed all the tills. He said we could go to the local garage if we wanted to buy alcohol - not exactly what you expect when staying in a hotel."

"Brilliant, I didn’t know places like this still existed, a beautiful old building with great period features, but the best part was the service, a home cooked breakfast at 06:30 made individually for me as I was the only one down at that time. I highly recommend and if I’m working in that area again I would go out of my way to re book."
