"This condo was so well equipped. Everything that you could possibly need and I mean everything! It was clean and cozy and perfect for a relaxing get away. The views were beautiful. We saw sea otters and lots of surfers! It wasn't crowded and was very clean. It wasn't super far to get to shopping, food, entertainment, etc. But far enough to feel relaxing. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this property. "

"We loved just parking our car and walking everywhere in Capitola Village! The beach was just out side our door, awesome! We also got to view a fireworks show that was set up right in-front at the wharf!! This is the way you do the beach!! I am also an artist and was able to get up at AM nautical twilight and take an Art deco inspired image, right in front of the units. I called the piece Signora Venetian! the Venetian’s are also a part of Cali beach history one of the oldest beach condos built...

"Very convenient location if you want to walk and explore Capitola. It was a 2 minute walk from downtown and 3-4 minutes to the beach. Over night parking (for 2nd vehicle) at Village was a short 5 minute walk past the police station / Capitola Museum. The home is located so close to the beach that we could hear the waves and seagulls in the mornings. Great, convenient and nice place to stay! Would definitely book again. "
