"The 2 bedroom oceanfront villa itself was excellent except very poor water pressure in the showers. Bring pods for clothes and dish washer. The pools are unusable. IDK if that is algae covering the bottoms or weird dark paint job. No one used them. Mosquitoes are a significant issue throughout island. We found the Yachtsman restaurant disappointing and overpriced ($5 US for a carafe of tap water!). Bananas, the Drift, and the Brewery restaurants were all excellent. Seriously consider renting...

"Fantastic view from room. Pool was large and clean; excellent for laps. Out of coffee and creamer for the room but the office was able to supply some. The first day the room was not serviced. We stayed 5 nights. Seeing monkeys from the room was a delight. Restaurant food was exceptional. The staff was very attentive. We would go back if we return."

"The owners and staff were awesome. They took time to get to know us and were so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. They gave us info about how to get around and offered to organize things for us. The property was unique and the individual cottages were amazing. Be aware though, there’s no AC. It didn’t bother us but might be a deal breaker for some. We will absolutely be back! "

Jessica was a joy to communicate with before and during our time in Nevis with prompt replies to all of our questions and valuable suggestions for newcomers to the island. "Nisbet is on a former sugar plantation and buttresses the Atlantic. The grounds and rooms are well-maintained. It’s very laid back, an older crowd, except for the lively Thursday night barbecue on the beach. Outsiders come to Nisbet and live music is offered. Dinner food is fair, although quite good at the barbecue. Breakfast and lunch are pretty good, but with limited menus. Overall, a very relaxing vacation, but it is best to go off grounds for other experiences and restaurants."

"Perfect Getaway, From the time arrived Hedda set everything up for transportation to the location seamlessly I couldn’t ask for anything else. The Location is from the scene of an island movie , the staff were all great. I extremely enjoyed our stay at Chrishi Beach Club it was like on your own private island. "Had a lovely stay at Nelson Spring ResortClear and qucik communication before check in and during the trip.Had some issues with power on the second or third day and someone was over in the hour to help resolve. This actually happens quite often on the island after speaking to some of my relativesBarefoot bar does great food and it's such a short walk away.This felt like a cute homestay, loads of appliances in the kitchen, even oil!Thanks again Derek and Jennifer"
