"Safe and secure environment. Quiet and clean. Very comfy room for short stays. A little hard to locate based on gps (located off the main road, but my gps had me turn several times for no reason) but good otherwise. Would recommend. "

"Best value for money in Kingston. Safe, clean apartment with everything you need for self-catering and great air-conditioning and wi-fi. So close to the US Embassy, our trip went smoothly. Only issue is that check-in is very late and check-out is very early."

"If you are thinking about staying here, don’t think about it too much JUST BOOK! It has absolutely everything you possibly need. Nearby to good restaurants, clubs, supermarkets, gas stations etc. Debbie and Kevin are such a great host... she has a lot of patience to explain everything you need to know, she answers quickly whenever you email the property and also she will help you find places to visit if you don’t have an idea of what you want to do while you are in Kingston. My staying at this...

"What a wonderful stay I had! The apt was well kept and tidy with lots of natural light. The rooms were nice and cool. I was really pleased with the staff and the whole process. They made it really easy for me. Thanks again!"

"The pre-check in experience and connection to the Property manager was thorough and efficient and let you know what to expect upon arrival. Property Manager was great in laying out the property features and surrounding area. The location was walking distance from supermarkets, banks, eating locations etc. For those it pertains to, the US Embassy is also within walking distance.
Community is gated so the added security benefit is there."
