"The front door was not secure. Many times I found the lock open. The lock showed obvious signs of someone trying to force their way in. The parking included with the room is an out right lie. The options were park on the street or paying for the use of a car park. My interactions with the staff made it obvious that asking for a refund against the cost of my parking was pointless. "Good sized room and bathroom. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. The bathroom sink is extremely small so water ends up on the floor. The sinks in rooms need to be bigger. The carpets in rooms need a deep clean."

"Called craig for check in, was greeted with him with a blood all around his nose telling us hes not well and his girlfriend had noroviris. Don't think I've used as much hand santiser since 2020. Other was room looked good and spacious good for a night or two. Good location, The boathouse cafe over the road is a great too and just over road for for breakfast."
