"Que hotel excelente! Chegamos antes do check in previsto e organizaram da melhor forma a nossa entrada. "

"Hotel bem localizado e com boa estrutura. Porém visivelmente antigo e parado no tempo. "

"Parking payed . Too much light on the room. Smoke detector light doesn t let you sleep. People are very kind. Pool is nice and restaurant also. The bed has too hard i had to go away for another Hotel and no refund. The hotel is inside a Shopping mall. Hotel is old and needs some upgrades too expensive for the overall conditions."

"Beautiful rooms. Great hotel. Great location. Highly recommend"

Nice private beach and safe to cross the busy street using the traffic light but still I would prefer a tunnel . Also the beach was not...

Check-in confortavel com pequeno lanche e chá. Quartos super amplos e confortaveis. Elevador antigo e lindo.

"The Windsor Palace is a beautiful classic hotel with clean rooms, excellent service, and a great location. Unfortunately, checkout left a bad impression. I was charged 240 EGP for two bottles of water, a bag of chips that was barely a quarter full, and an expired chocolate bar from the room’s fridge. No one had told me those items would be charged separately. After an otherwise pleasant stay, this made the hotel seem unnecessarily money hungry. Clear pricing and better checks on the snacks would...
