"The condo was amazing, the staff exceptional and the beach as advertised beautiful ! Cant wait to revisit."

"Most incredible views! Our bed faced the ocean so we were able to wake up every morning with a breathtaking view. Beach was almost like our own private area. Chairs included, paddle board and awesome pool. Jono was so welcoming and extremely helpful. Any questions or concerns he answered immediately. This stay has made our first time trip to TCI so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Nice clean and quiet place. It is 10 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from Grace Bay/ beaches. To save your search: the AC remote is by the bed behind the lamp. 2 ceiling fan remotes are by the front and back door behind the curtain. The tv is not in a position for watching from bed but you can see it in the mirror on the bathroom door. "

"Atrium is a good value for your money overall. It tends to be a lot cheaper than many other resorts along the Grace Bay beach while it offers all the necessary features of a comfortable hotel (nice pool, friendly/helpful staff, rooms are decently comfortable). If you are willing to rent a car - staying at Atrium gives you some great flexibility to explore different regions/beaches at Providenciales (the Marina, Longbay beach, city center, Grace bay, etc). "This not only matched the pics online but exceeded my expectations. The house and property were amazing. It is stocked with everything you could need especially in the kitchen. Views are breathtaking. Breeze is constant so you dont get hot. Beaches are very close. Not crowded like grace bay and just as beautiful. Having the concierge available 24/7 allowed for quick answers to any questions which was very helpful. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future. "

"I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome. "

Great, but Overpriced.

"The review for The Palms is pretty much a review for Turks and Caicos. Overall one of the most beautiful places we’ve been, but unfortunately still with a poor infrastructure to accommodate so many tourists. Grace Bay is definitely the place to stay in Provo. The Palms is a gorgeous hotel, with nice, spacious rooms, a wonderful pool, right at the beach! The cons: horrible internet connection — seriously don’t expect to be able to browse much; breakfast only until 10.30 (and after 10am food stops being replaced). Although we loved the beach, rooms and pool, everything seems a bit overrated and overpriced."
