"The stay was great! The Konza Prairie Hike was beautiful! Love Mankato! Plenty of good restaurants close by. The home was nice, just as advertised. I would say that the only negative was that I wrote a nice “Thank You” note for the owners, which never garnered even the slightest acknowledgment. We listed a couple of small items that needed repair (certainly did not detract from the stay) - no reply. Other than that, a terrific stay! I’d rate the overall experience 4/5."

"We stayed in this house for a week over the 4th of July. The location is great and located 5 minutes from all the fun spots in Manhattan such as the mall, museums, the K-State campus and Aggieville. "We loved our stay at Kathy‘s Manhattan, property. The home is spacious and very accommodating for four adults. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. We would definitely love to stay there on our next trip to Manhattan,. We enjoyed watching the wild turkeys in the backyard."

"But we did not all stay there., We had a family meeting for a family funeral and it was a wonderful place to hang out and enjoy the grill in the backyard. Plenty of open space and everyone enjoyed it. The neighborhood was nice and safe. It was close to Family property in Topeka. The host was wonderful. We had no problems. The Internet works great beautifully decorated. "
