"It was on a quiet back street within 3-4 minutes walk to the main street. The staff were efficient and friendly. There were great dining options nearby and it was a short walk to St Kilda beach and the sea baths."

"Our stay was excellent! Not a single thing to complaint! Room look new.. very clean.. amazing shower.. comfy beds.. towel dryer.. They have inroom continental breakfast wich is ok and you can park right at your room door. Special thanx to Tarun and Federica. Gentil, very friendly and helpful. What a staff! Thank you for the "gifts" guys! "

"Lovely accommodation, was perfect for what we needed, very comfortable, aesthetic vibe and easy to get into. Only point worth suggesting to the host for future bookings is more information on where we could park as the accommodation listed parking available, it would have been great to have some more information or suggestions on where to park as it was street parking and most parks within walking distance had unrealistic time limits for what our stay required. Not wanting to spend ages...

"Really handy to everything. Great bars and eateries are close by. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away. Great place to stay. "

"Very good location, close to Bay street and the tram although you can walk to the city in only 30mins if you wanted. Coles supermarket just 5mins walk away as well. Our dog appreciated being able to do his business out the back if raining otherwise he could visit the plentiful parks in the area. 2 fantastic cafe/bakeries just a stones throw away also. Would recommend. "

"Loved our stay there, it was in close proximity to the wedding we were attending so getting around in that region was made easy. Only a short uber to where we needed to go. And you have to enjoy the balcony with a nice glass of wine. Absolutely beautiful. "

"Position was excellent. Transport easily accessed. Melbourne has so much to offer from this property. Local area full of entertainment and places to eat and watch the world go by, literally! So many people from across the globe to chat and share your holuday with"

"What a great apartment. Yousef is doing a great job with this apartment. Every single time you enter the apartment it feels like coming home. If you have a problem or a question you can always call Yousef!!"

"Great location, comfortable room, clean. Only thing I would say is that it was not mentioned in the initial booking information that the bathroom facilities were shared. They were great - clean and new - but it's something I feel you should know before the "just before arrival" email. For some people this would not be suitable - health issues etc"

"We had great communication with our host from start to finish. The home we stayed in was very clean and well appointed, including fresh towels, linen and even a basket full of kids toys for the boys. Parked right behind the door but needed to move through the day, due to parking restrictions. The shower was great and had quality soap etc, the big tv was awesome and we walked to some great coffee (coffee No 8) and a perfect pub meal in the Post Office Club Hotel just a short walk across St Kilda...

"We loved this spot! We would definitely book again when in st kilda. Only negative thing I’d mention was the overall cleanliness. Crumbs in kitchen, opened food in the fridge, and the trash had not been taken out upon our arrival. "

"Tinha uma expectativa maior com relação com este hotel, mas é um hotel antigo de boa qualidade, mas inferior em relação a outras redes, como o Ryves que reservei em Wellington/NZ e Sydney e eram melhores. Reservei em um local um pouco retirado do centro pensando em ganhar na hospedagem, mas não achei que valeu a pena. Tem um custo-benefício razoável. "
