"Prime Plaza Kualanamu is a very good hotel to stay when travelling early morning due to it's proximity to the airport and its good installation (building) and good price. But unfortunately the checkin was confused and checkout at 6 am when many guests are going to the airport at the same time can result in delay while our room was being checked and taxi confusion.
