"Again another satisfactory stay now with friends, from check-in to check-out. Appreciated the upgrade granted as Marriott Reward Member and Senior discount. Bakery personnel very attentive and friendly, specially Marthin, who took his staff to bring the beautifully decorated cake we bought to celebrate our friend's birthday as they sang Happy Birthday as we had dinner at Jade Restaurant. "Prime Plaza Kualanamu is a very good hotel to stay when travelling early morning due to it's proximity to the airport and its good installation (building) and good price. But unfortunately the checkin was confused and checkout at 6 am when many guests are going to the airport at the same time can result in delay while our room was being checked and taxi confusion. Breakfast was good at 6am with many choices though no service. No hair dryer in room. "
