"The property was excellent. The house was clean and well furnished. The neighborhood was quiet and you are with walking distance of several eating establishments. The host was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others"

"This was a very beautiful peaceful, lovable three bedroom home very clean very neat very tidy very good landscaping. It was wonderful. My kids loved it and I loved it. I would love to stay here again during the next tournament. Thank you for having a beautiful place for us to stay"

"Very cute and comfortable place to stay. The family and I loved it. They had family games available as well that we took advantage of. We spend a day at the waterpark across the street and fished in the evening. We would definitely stay there again"

"The house was great! Very clean with a welcoming home like atmosphere. Vicki has thought of lots of little details, like having beach towels, so just bring your swimsuits. Roasting forks, so just bring the marshmallows. I definitely would rent this house again and highly recommend it as a great place to stay when you are in the area! "

"Plenty of room for 6 people and comfy beds. Close to downtown Hannibal attractions. Well stocked kitchen but close to restaurants so no need to cook."

"Very convenient for anyone visiting Mark Twain. Plenty of space, large fenced backed yard for your furry friends, & many conveniences to make your stay enjoyable. No need to stock up on groceries as there is a grocery right next door. Fire up one of the two provided bbq pits & enjoy the covered patio area with a table for 6."

"My family of 8 came and stayed here for 2 nights while boating at Mark Twain Lake. We absolutely loved this house and it was so close to the marina. This house was very clean with extra supplies, soap, towels etc. and we thank you for that. The open concept with the garage was also a great hang out for my kids and the pond out front was used to go fishing with my daughter early morning. I wish we could of stayed longer. We will definitely be back next year."

"The house was great and Nicole was a great host. "

"My husband, myself, our son, daughter, son-in-law and 11 month old grandson stayed one night in Hannibal. The location was good, home was clean with nice size bedrooms. One bedroom and bathroom were on the main level. There are several steps to the second level which was fine or us, but if you have difficulty with steps be aware. The water pressure was not very strong when taking a shower, but worked for us."

"We had a great stay. The house has lots of character. We enjoyed the history of the property. The kids loved the pool. The house was supplied with everything we needed. We had one issue and the owner addressed it quickly."

"Responses from the owners were swift, the home was beautiful, the morning cows made the morning much brighter, all the necessities needed for the stay inside the home were there. The bedding was nice and comfy, the coffee bar and board game options were lovely. 10/10 would recommend this location. "

"Everything we needed for a great 4th of July weekend! Sparkling clean, loaded with necessities, outdoor activities with plenty of room. Will definitely stay here again! "
