"The manager was very helpful and responsive. The house was big and accommodated my big family. It had all the essentials such as towels and pots and pans. I recommend checking in on the earlier side because the check-in walkthrough does take time. I felt like I needed to take notes because I couldn't remember all the information given. "I was very impressed with the manager, and the front desk girls. Customer service and Hospitality was fabulous however I can see some improvements with amenities such as having washcloths in the rooms along with soap dishes in the shower. My start, was wonderful. Will come back"

Se não fosse o preço pago, o hotel estaria Ok. Tem uma piscina legal, uma vista do mar muito boa, mas o bairro um pouco inseguro, inclusive tivemos alguns xigamentos nas ruas quando fomos comer num KFC que tem proximo ao hotel. "This apartment is truly a home away from home. The pictures on-line are nice. The view is better in person. The bed is more comfortable, than my bed at home. I will definitely get a firmer bed. My kids enjoyed the living room (spacious). The bedrooms are a good size.
