"The staff were really kind and helpful, the breakfast was good and the food was great the only downside was the egg's that had too boil for about 30minutes so it's not runny. The room was clean and greatly looked after!!"

"Excellent for the le shuttle as 6 mins away parking was free helpful member of staff"

"Edifício bastante antigo com quartos refeitos sem qualidade. Único local bem conseguido é o restaurante e sala de pequenos almoços. Bastante barulhento e com animais por todo o lado. Pessoal acolhedor e simpático. Pagamos à volta de 100€ para termos um quarto com melhores condições mas o valor real não deveria ultrapassar os 60€. Muito caro para a qualidade oferecida."

"Ótima estadia, recepção agradável, quarto amplo e arejado."

"Chateau Tilques is located a few miles north of Saint-Omer in a small village. The Hotel comprises a Chateau style hotel and grounds, with an external annex of rooms of some size. I stayed in the annex which was comfortable and well decorated. Some minor issues were irritating. The key-light master switch by the door was hard to locate and too complex to insert the key card to turn on the electricity in the room. Trying to do a fiddly task in the dark is irritating. There was no proper light...

"We had already stayed earlier in the year. This time we stayed in a smaller house as there was only two of us. The quality of accommodation was just as good and we enjoyed it just as much. The location is also good, quiet but well placed for visiting."

"It’s tired, needs accom and a refresh"

"Perto de tudo, limpo e com um pequeno almoço aceitável"

"The bedroom was too small for 2 adults,a baby and a dog; the bathroom was dirty; the single bed/sofa bed was super uncomfortable; so much noise through out the night. The staff was lovely but we didn’t sleep well at all."

"I was stranded in Dubai. Requested a cancellation almost one week in advance and was ignored. Definitely not booking for hotels and in this hotel chain"
