"We had issues with our reservation which were not the hotel's fault. Staff was patient and helpful in getting the issues worked out. Five stars seems like not enough for the help they gave when we got there. They had a parking spot for Veterans, the pillows were perfect, the towels were thick, the water pressure and shower head was refreshing, and staff was quick to respond. Breakfast consisted only of muffins, granola bars, and coffee, but all were fresh. It was like management paid...

"Would give a 5 out of 5 except the refrigerator in room 211 didn't work. Other than that it is a great place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled nice. Needed more towels and were given them immediately. Several places to eat within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and linens very nice. Was very quiet the 3 nights we were there. The breakfast was good several different choices. Felt very safe there. Would DEFINITELY stay there...
