"The room pictured on expedia website is false/ fake. The room i reserved on website is 100% not the same as when I showed up. Please remove it. I had to find another hotel."

The pool was up to the edge, diluted with rain water and no apparent drainage or filtration, causing the water to have a green hue. The outside door had no lock mechanism and swings open...

"The hot tub hasn’t worked the last two times we’ve stayed here. The water in the sink and the tub neither drain well. During the shower the water is about ankle high. The sink also had the same drainage problem while brushing our teeth. The staff was nice and breakfast was good. "

"It was clean. Beds were hard uncomfortable. Living room furniture was uncomfortable springs at surface. I understand people tear up stuff so much no need for good furniture. Could put foam mattresses on beds to help "
