I have nothing to do with system's problems. She should check me in and solve it internally. In the end everything worked out fine (she somehow managed to pull the reservation on the system). But the idea of an internal system problem having to be resolved by the client is unnaceptable for...

"Ac worked great. Clean room. Lots of construction guys hanging about. They moved their party when we got in our room. Simple one night stay. "

"The townhouse was beautiful and walkable to several shops and restaurant, which we loved! The only negative was the master bedroom — the mattress was uneven and wobbly, and the windows really need curtains because of all the exterior lights."
