"When I arrived the front clerk told me that was some kind of issue with the Expedia reservations getting into the hotel's system and asked me to cancel my reservation with expedia and do it again with her. I have nothing to do with system's problems. She should check me in and solve it internally. In the end everything worked out fine (she somehow managed to pull the reservation on the system). But the idea of an internal system problem having to be resolved by the client is unnaceptable for...

"The room was very clean and i was very happy with it. I wasnt aware that there was a fire there in Oct. I was expecting a pool, laundry room and an ice machine. My granddaughter was playing in a softball tournament and we especially needed the laundry room and ice machine. I think that there shiuld have been a temporary note added to the Motel 6 (Abbeville, LA) website stating that those amenities ARE NOT AVAILABLE at this time. "Everything about this cottage was perfect! Hosts were very friendly, replied quickly to all texts, and added so many personal touches. The fresh plums left on the table from their backyard tree were delicious! We will definitely return for another stay. "

"The house was cozy, and worked well for us. It is situated right off of a busy highway, so there is a lot of road noise. We had some issues with the plumbing while we were there, the property manager did respond quickly, but the owner did not come by promptly to assess the problem. My husband ended up fixing it himself. Overall we were satisfied with our stay & would stay again. "
