"Chose the property for the pool and the bar/restaurant. Property is being renovated and the pool is closed, parking was difficult because of furniture and construction trailers in the parking lot. Went to get dinner and was told the kitchen staff had actually just called out. Desk suggested door dash, which was fast food or chilis, so an hour and half later got $80 undressed cheeseburger and a salmon dinner with no condiments/napkins/utensils. The desk said they were offering us a $30 credit...

But the bed was incredibly hard, pillows definitely showed age, paint peeling from the ceiling, AC unit didn't work properly, door had to be slammed to close for the room, key cards were erased after only one night of two night Stay, initial check-in Took a while because front desk receptionist was asleep on the desk upon arrival. They do not offer daily housekeeping, only Maybe every few days if you have a long stay. Had to ask housekeeping for...

"First, I stayed at this property about 16 months ago and it was EXCELLENT! Therefore, we had no problem paying a little extra to stay here. I get checked in and go in the room and it was HOT AND SMELLED SO BAD!! Then my husband Comes in and goes “it stinks in here”. I had turned on the ac and thought the smell Was getting better. I told the front desk this when I received the welcome text. She offered to put us in another room and I turned her down because we were tired and had already unpacked...
