"We were celebrating our 60th birthdays and the host was incredibly accommodating. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The villas we great and so comfortable for us!"

"Beulah did her very best to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, which it mostly was! There was a minor hiccup with the stove-top not functioning and Beulah was quick to act on this, despite being off-site at the time. The property was located on a quiet hill with a terrace where I could watch and listen to the ocean every morning. The bedroom AC unit allowed me to sleep well after long, hot beach days. As a solo-traveler, it was really nice to receive great recommendations and tips from...

"The location of the property is great. The views are beautiful. The beds are comfy...the bathrooms were clean...the owner was super responsive to our requests and questions...we really enjoyed our stay. The main living area has a bit of a musty smell, but I think it's probably due to the humidity in the area since there is no air conditioning in this space. Overall, it's a very large space and for our family, it was perfect! We REALLY loved the pool and the views from the pool! Highly...

"We enjoyed the property a lot. It was exactly as advertised with modern, clean furnishings and the property manager was helpful. Simple but well stocked apartment. The pool was nice and the location was very private and walkable (10-15min) to Frigate Bay shops and restaurants. Parking for rental vehicles was an plus. Only complaint was the very hard water, but that is an island trait not an apartment issue. "

"Sunset Reefs is simply extraordinary! From the location to the staff to the food. Our best meals of the week were at Drop the Anchor. I cannot say enough about the amazing experience we had. I’d highly recommend!"

"Great house overlooking Nevis. Plenty of room, beautiful grounds, convenient to cockleshell beach / Reggae beach and the Nevis Water taxi. Quiet and secluded, the house is down a long dirt road then up a steep hill, but that's how you get solitude and views. Already thinking about rebooking."

"Stayed with my wife, 2 sons and their wives. It was an amazing view, house was very well setup for 3 couples. The beach cottage was great and we had a great time walking to the Reggae Bar/Cockleshell beach."

"The place was perfect for my family of 5. Spacious with high ceiling, very comfortable. I would highly recommend it and we would be using it again on our next visit. Dean was very helpful and very quick to answer all oir inquiries anytime of the day. Thanks Dean."

"Delightful site with amazing views and access a variety of beaches. Elpida is a wonderfully responsive host and property is well maintained and appropriately described in pictures of Villa Limani. Access road to Turtle Beach Estates is a bit rugged but this keeps traffic limited. Bottom line you will not be disappointed on this remarkable location."
