"This property is unbelievable! What a fun night stay we had here. The decor and setup of this house is so fun! We made an amazing dinner and enjoyed it at the large dining table. The host was very responsive and called me on check-in day. We would definitely recommend staying here, and the location is fantastic. "

"Fantastic. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything was sparkling clean. Shauna was very friendly and helpful. Highlight of our stay was enjoying a kayak during high tide and crab spotting during low tide. The hot tub was lovely and well maintained. My 12 year old wanted to stay all summer. "

"Centrally located on Campobello, quiet but friendly, hosts were lovely. If your idea of glamping is a 5-star hotel just in a tent, this probably isn’t for you. But if you’re looking for somewhere a little more comfortable and convenient than camping, don’t want to worry about whether it will rain, know what you’re getting into with a composting toilet, and a rustic outdoor shower is your idea of luxury, you’ll have a wonderful stay."

"So many beds and so much room to explore outside. We kept our kids busy in the neighborhood during the day and came back to a well equipped kitchen to prepare our evening meals.Thor, one of our hosts, was gracious and accommodating whenever we had a question!"

"This vacation home was very quiet and within walking distance to Water Street. The kitchen was well stocked. There was even an air fryer. The owner was thoughtful and responsive. She even left us welcoming gifts. It was a delight to have no cleaning chores."

"While my love affair with Campobello Island started with an overnight camping trip to Herring Cove Provincial park, this property sealed the deal. This is my second stay at the Starfish and it is heaven on earth. Nothing compares to the wildlife encounters I’ve had at the scenic overlook. It’s clear how much Dennis cares about the island and I will continue to stay at his amazing cottages as long as he continues to offer them for others to enjoy. "

"The host was so attentive and responsive. We arrived later than expected and she made sure there were lights on for us. We made a wonderful meal in the kitchen; it had everything you need. I spent a whole day lounging on the upper deck, reading a book and looking at the ocean. It was everything we were looking for and you cannot beat this location!!! "
