"Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. "Glangwili Mansion is a beautiful upmarket B&B, quite as good as all the previous reviews have rated it. The owners, George and Linda (and their friendly dog Willow), were welcoming and friendly and great at making suggestions of places to visit and places to eat. "Beautiful hotel and nicely decorated rooms.
At check-in, reception staff called Victoria was not very welcome and did not seem keen on relocating us to another room (the one given to us was on a lower level and the lift was out of order). I was with a 1 year old child, pregnant and had heavy suitcases, however she insisted there's was nothing she could do to help, treated us poorly and did not seem to care. "Stayed for 2 nights on our Welsh road trip.
We were hugely impressed with this lovely little B&B. Beautifully appointed rooms, tastefully decorated throughout and spotlessly clean.
The breakfast box is such a great idea, allowing you to eat in or take it with you if you are heading for an early start. There's a lovely collection of continental and local produce, both excellent and plentiful.

"Upon arrival we have been upgraded (for free) to a luxury room. The room itself was very nicely decorated and it had that luxury, boutique feel. Room was very clean.
