"This is a motel, not a hotel. The photos on the property's listing don't accurately represent the actual property. It is generally clean but I found a couple of long hairs in my bed, and the grout on the shower floor is dirty or discolored, and the shelf in the bathroom was loose, causing items to slide off. The air conditioning unit smells when first switched on. I won't stay here again."

"Just fine. Location and Breakfast are the best parts. There was a big queue when I arrived so I did the self check-in but it didn't really work and ended up back down at the desk. Could be improved especially with the information you would normally get at check in with a person (e.g. Breakfast time and place, what floor your room is on etc). Room very dated with musty smell, asked for the fan to be cleaned in bathroom as full of dust (never was). Works for a couple of days but would consider...
