"The apartment is okay. In the photos, it looks like a high-standard place, but when I arrived, it was clear that it has been used by many guests. The beds were broken, there was no cable for the TV, and the bathroom had a very bad smell — at first, I thought there was a sewage leak, and the bathroom even got flooded. The apartment is quite noisy — you can hear everything the neighbors are saying from the kitchen. During...

"Great stay in the property, quiet location and neighbours. Close to the city centre and various shopping attractions.
This is the 4th time I have stayed in this apartment and I was disappointed this time to find I had to make up the bed. I did not know where to find the bedding, there are no instructions, and it is not stored in an obvious place. It took me ages to find it, and I was about to call for assistance when my daughter had the bright idea to look in the sofa bed....
Every other time...

"We arrived late in the evening 11pm - reception was closed. So our uber dropped us at the front entrance but unfortunately we didn’t realise. We followed maps to the back entrance which was across the carpark. We were issued with a key code to enter the locked courtyard at the front but was unaware that we were at the front until the morning. The key code issued was access to our room which is a great idea once we realised this. The hotel was a perfect location. Very clean & modern. The...

"The apartment is nice , but lacking basic stuff, like curtains in the windows, and
screens ,( privacy issue. ).
Apartment advertise as TV, and internet
included., it's not. Took two weeks of
fhonecalls and emails for the hose to
responded and provide internet no TV
for all that time I was there.
To be frank , the owner and staff
are the bigest"
