"It looked like a rat hole at first and my wife she would pay for another hotel, just anything else please. I said, let’s not judge a book by its cover, at least men are around doing improvements. Inside, the room was nice, clean and comfortable. As good as any mid priced room anywhere. Stay was fine, slept well."

"Perfect unit for my huaband and I and our 12 lb dog. 200 sq ft unit with easy access to everything. The View restaurant at the lodge was great as well. Easy access to the gondola and green slopes plus valet parking. Great 4 night stay would rent again."

"We loved staying here. The cabins were very cute and comfortable, and it was wonderful to be on the river as well. We'd wake up and have coffee on the front porch and take a walk along the river. It was close to lots of fun things to do in Ouray as well. This was a favorite part of our vacation!"

"The space was quite cozy. It was a bit challenging to sleep well upstairs as the swamp cooler attached to the window created a shrieking sound when the wind blew. Thankfully we could fall asleep quickly after hours at the hot springs. Overall it was a great place for the dogs - with a park right outside ! Grateful for easeful communication with the host when our car was struggling to get going during the snow storm."

"I had questions prior to booking and responses were quick and very helpful. The location was so convenient we booked two of the units, and there was plenty of room for the family to gather in the evenings. Would return if we travel back to Ouray again!"

"Clean, quiet, comfortable stay. Host kind of forgot we were checking in, but was able to make the remaining of the check in over the phone and the general stay seamless and accommodating. Especially enjoyed being able to use the hot tub and sauna. We were the only guests at that time. Two locals helped us around the property including breakfast, recommendations, and general conversation. Overall loved it, the town, and will stay again!"
