"Nice townhome, quite place, next to a free bus stop."

"The property appears to be freshly painted and scrubbed clean. Galley kitchen is functional and older appliances are in good working order. Charming dining area. Bathroom could use updating, but is very clean and functional. Living and sleeping areas are comfortable. We had a good stay and friends felt comfortable visiting. Yard has lots of potential, but really needed mowing. "

"House as described! Communication was easy and responsive. Great location. Close to campus - it is a drive and not a walk. There is a close by trail to campus that is about 2 miles which is nice. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again! "

"We came into town to watch a Hurricanes game. The location was perfect and communication with the owner was great. We look forward to staying again if we come into town."

"First time in a VRBO. Enjoyed stay, didn't like no mention of cleaning fees until checkout process during reservation. Cleaning fees doubled price of stay alone when compared to advertised price. Everything else was good to go."

"Property as a whole was great. The property description reads as two full bath when it is a Jack and Jill so only one actual shower. Not a deal breaker, but better to know ahead of time. "

"This was a great property. Plenty of room, well stocked and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. "

"This quaint little home near the campus of NC State University was perfect for our overnight stay for college orientation. The home was clean, there were plenty of amenities, and we will stay again when we are back in the area. "

"I really love how this house is decorated and it flows really well. I enjoy the pool and the check in and being close to shopping and the bed and pillows were so comfortable and I really appreciate the host's — Great communication. Highly recommended if you’re in the area."

He was friendly, clear and concise in his communication, and provided too many thoughtful details to mention. We would stay again! Thanks for a comfortable spot to call home for a night while visiting for medical appointments at Duke!"

"Eu e minha família nós hospedamos por 4 dias nesse hotel, alugamos dois quartos, e posso afirmar que tivemos a pior experiência em um hotel. O chão dos quartos grudava como se fosse cola, o café da manhã era simplesmente horrível, horrível! Não havia ovos ou qualquer coisa saudável, as poucas coisas que ofereciam eram processadas e de qualidade duvidosa. Por fim, os funcionários não foram solícitos ou simpáticos. Definitivamente não é um lugar que eu voltaria a me hospedar…"
