"This hotel is a bit of out the way from downtown Sur. The price is right but the beds were uncomfortable, the bathrooms were extremely basic and the main room included plastic deck chairs as part of its furniture complement. Even though this hotel states that it accepts payment by credit card, the reception workers complained and did everything they could to dissuade me from using one which kind of put a bad taste in my mouth."

"The staff at Crystal Suites have been extremely helpful and accommodating to our requests. They are very helpful and nice, and they go out of their way to fulfill your needs. "Well all reviews mention poor condition, but you should declare your most sincere experience for what you are paying and what you expect.
