"The pictures on their website site are very deceiving and do not look the same. Please do not book the cottage jungle view room since it’s not in the main hotel and it’s on next to main hotel which looks like a small hut. Also, there was a constant cow noise the whole night and we were unable to sleep. I requested to cancel one night which we didn’t stay after encountering the issue but staff were unable to help us even though they seem cooperative. I am really disappointed with my stay here."

"VERY HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE STAFF: rooms 512 and 514 below pool were noisy during day. dust mites or other insect caused bites so moved to 4th floor room and no further problems. management assured me old room would be thoroghly cleaned. very nice breakfast included. menu reasonably priced. staff friendly and helpful. travel package servuces reasonably priced and very helpful. cleaning crew abundant and helpful."

"Hotel relativamente grande e com localização central. O café da manhã é bastante restrito, servido no roof top do hotel. A internet não funcionou dentro do meu quarto, ponto negativo para o hotel. Para acessar tinha que sair do quarto"

"Regretfully this hotel is hotel is situated right next door to a 'Disco' playing techno music from 1100-0400 and even though my room was furthest away the sound was deafening.....shame as the rooms are OK and clean but not of a 4 star standard. Breakfast selection was poor"

"Beautiful hotel set high on the hill above the lake. Surrounded by fields and local houses so felt immersed in local life. Pool was clean and inviting. Ate breakfast and dinner at hotel- produce from own garden- delicious."
