"Air con was the main reason for booking, and I can confirm it's proper wall mounted air con which works great. Bed was comfy. We received an upgrade to a luxury double which was a lovely room. Blackout curtains, and the room was quiet despite taxis being outside. We ate out locally as they do not provide food. "Hotels.com gave wrong information about a room, saying that it slept 3 but was only suitable for two. The receptionist at the hotel was very understanding and was able to move us to a larger room more suitable for us at a slightly extra cost - we were very grateful for this. The rooms were nice and comfortable and breakfast was lovely. The member of staff in the breakfast room as very good with our 6 year old son, chatting to him and asking about his holiday, it made his morning. "

"Pod was beautiful, really warm and the shower was fab really powerful and water was hot. The telly is a,smart TV so you have to sign into your accounts to watch anything...just remember to sign out before you leave. The only issue i have is in the information book it had phone numbers of takeaways so we thought we'd have a takeaway on last night, but when i rang they didn't do delivery! It could be because it was a Tuesday but keep that in mind. But it didn't spoil our stay. "
