"I loved staying with them and getting to know them. They are lovely, honest, hard working people and their property is well maintained, clean and spacious. If I could change a few things. Do not allow smoking in the balconies. The rest of us who don’t smoke suffocate with windows open and no one came to Thailand to stay with windows closed. "We are very happy to stay at your villa The staff is excellent The whatsapp group is great, very convenient and always available. Thanks for everything. Some points for improvement 1. The ants in the kitchen and outside 2. The sunbeds are outside without mattresses (we asked and were told that there are no mattresses) And in general, a villa that hosts 4-6 guests must have a respectable outdoor seating area and not just 2 sunbeds."

Cord "Owner" was fantastic, very helpful and knowledge, kept in touch with me prior to arriving and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend. "The view is breathtaking, a very large swimming pool with sea view. A first to have your own cinema room in your house. Very well located at the bottom of the mountain next to the golf course, no problem for taxis, tuk tuks. we were very well received by the manager. Stay at the top."

Their personalities, smiles, and kind gestures have made this one of the best experiences we could ever imagine. "Shout out to Tyler, Alan & Esther for making our family vacation a wonderful & memorial stay at this awesome villa. Everything about the villa was amazing and every detail was also much thought of. Though there was another villa currently in construction, the noise was minimal which wasn't any inconvenience to my family. "Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig. Im Meer liegen einige einzelne Steine, aufpassen dass man sich die Zehen nicht anschlägt (Badeschuhe!). Sonst sehr schöner und sauberer Sandstrand.
