" Do início ao fim, péssima experiência. Enviei 3 emails com todos os dados do voo. No dia fiquei esperando 1h o transfer e ninguém apareceu. Cheguei ao hotel e não tinha um ser para ajudar com as malas (colocam um carpete horrível, daí a roda da mala tem dificuldade para rolar). Cheguei ao quarto e vi a cortina suja, parecia fezes. Tinha direito a uma bebida grátis, por ser gold no hoteis.com. Nada. A noite fui jantar e a faca estava imunda. No café da manhã a mesa não tinha guardanapo, sal,...

"We particularly enjoyed the silly-but-fun luge ride. The canopy walk was also beautiful, even though the waterfall wasn't running due to it being the dry season. The pool was refreshing. Service at the restaurant, however, was quite slow."

"Comparing same price range and hotel class, the rooms are much smaller in size, the lighting in poor (entrance and walkway to bathroom is dark), the entrance is very large and spacious but only 1 sofa for guests to sit / wait, the staff doesn’t greet guests as they walk in, the cleaning staff still comes in to clean your room even with the do not disturb sign on. Overall there are better same class hotel with better customer service, larger rooms and better overall value for your money."

"They upgraded our room after 1st night. The deluxe room facing the city view was spacious but noisy from the traffic and mosquitoes kept us awake. Nice of them to upgrade the room facing the pool. Breakfast is ok. They can do better with a more choices. Location is within was distance to some attractions and shops. "

"Lovely clean room, decent gym and poor area. Has a very convenient cafe downstairs with good food also were breakfast is served in the morning. Pretty wide selection at breakfast. The location isn’t the closest to the centre, it’s about a 20 minute walk to the main part of Vientiane which isn’t bad but the heat makes it feel longer. "

"Really good! Carpet was a little stained and a minor scent of smoke in my room, but overall happy with my stay. My neighbours were a little loud 2-4am, but that’s nobodies fault. The restaurant in the hotel is incredible and staff is really nice."
