"Excellent staffing and property"

"Staff were helpful. Hotel was not as nice as I would have thought for the cost."

"Was an ok stay. The room was ok but unfortunately we did keep getting a horrible smell from the drains. Also the shower would not stay hot, the temperature changed so much when you were trying to shower. The pool was nice and the breakfast was good. The hotel booked us a taxi to the train station and told us the price only for the driver to ask for a higher price when we got there so beware of this. They also do not offer VIP room upgrades even when they are empty so if you are hoping for this...

"Everything good"

"Good clean hotel next to river and close to night market."

"Near a new shopping mall. Staff were very friendly. Nice roof top bar. Hotel have 4 restaurant."

"Great little hotel, very quiet, good location, great owners and staff, all very helpful"

"Hotel maravilhoso! Tudo perfeito!! Conforto do quarto, cama e travesseiros, limpeza, cordialidade dos funcionários, amenidades, café da manhã! Realmente um hotel sensacional!! Recomendo fortemente!! Gostaria de ter ficado mais noites!"

"Unfortunately we hadn’t realised this was a Chinese hotel and didn’t have a restaurant, only for breakfast. Arrived in the afternoon tired and hungry so then had to walk way down the road to get something to eat. Luckily we discovered the Eastin Hotel 200m away and had lovely meals there for the rest of our stay."
