We booked through Expedia on a non-refundable basis, and only after booking did we receive an email from DanCenter saying we had to pay an additional security deposit, plus additional money for two sets of linen if we wanted bedding. "The house was very nice, and we really enjoyed our stay with our family. The kids especially loved it. The house was clean and well maintained. The only issue we experienced was with the extra bed sheets and towels that we ordered. At first, we thought we could pick them up somewhere near the house. However, we were told we had to collect them from a location that was about a one-hour drive away. This meant a two-hour round trip to collect them, and another two-hour round trip to return...

"Our flight arrived after 3 pm and we drove to the location only to learn they can’t even open the door for you past 3pm. Then we could not reach anyone. No one responded. We were just left stranded. Horrible situation. We had to find and pay for another hotel hosting us great stress and money. "
