"Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einem sehr schönen Ort. Sauber, geräumig, Hell und ruhig gelegen. Alles in allem sehr positiv. Einzig negativ zu bewerten ist die Baustelle welche sich derzeit genau vor dem Hauseingang befindet (hört man aber in der Wohnung nichts von) und das es keinen kostenfreien Parkplatz in der Umgebung gibt und man auch sonst nicht mit dem Auto bis an die Wohnung heran kommt. Wer also mit viel Gepäck anreist, muss mindestens 500m schleppen. Sonst alles...

"Very comfortable to stay here. Breakfast, gym, city view from room and walking to center of city etc. are good. Especially in summer season, we can enjoy daytime."

If you're not comfortable with sharing an open bathroom with your roommate, maybe you should choose a different hotel. The toilet is in a separate space but the shower/bathtub are in the middle of the room so there is no separation. The main negative thing: the walls are paper thin.
