"I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. It was a short distance from Friends Arena which was great for us who were there for a concert. It’s located in a nice neighborhood with the train station nearby and lots of options for transportation. The staff were kind, the breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and in good condition. If you’re looking for an affordable yet nice, quiet and clean place than this is the one! I had a great stay, very comfortable! "

"I had informed the hotel in advance that I would be arriving a bit late, and never received any reply or instructions. When I arrived, the road was pitch-black and foggy, leading to a building that looked completely abandoned. The entrance was covered in spider webs, as if no one had opened the door in weeks — maybe months. There were no lights, no staff, and no way to get in. Every door was locked, and I had been given no entry code at all. The place felt dead, unsafe, and like the setting of a...

"We had the best time here! Loved the neighborhood, the location right next to wilderness preserve, proximity to public transit. House was perfect for 2 teenage boys and mom. Host was very helpful and location was exactly as listed. Thanks for a great place to rest!"

"The check in information in the email was incomplete. Did not show which unit I should go to. Lucky that email response from the hotel was pretty quick, and the missing information was received. Parking fee shown on the hotels.com page is not correct. It cost 155 per day instead of 30 as shown."
