"The room had air conditioning, which wasn't advertised. So that was good. Shower wasn't clean. Side tables not clean. Pump for shower gel inoperative. Cobwebs on the stairs. Mattress was like sleeping on jelly. Shower a tad too small.breakfast was just ok. With the serving utensils, it was not at all clear if you should put them back or leave in the bowls of food, so cross contamination of foods is definitely happening"

"Toplocatie en een fijne plek om te verblijven! De kamer was netjes en verder hebben we echt een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het enige minpunt was dat onze kamer erg gehorig was. We hoorden regelmatig deuren open- en dichtgaan, mensen over de gang lopen en de trap op en af. Het leek alsof onze kamer boven de laad- en losingang lag, waardoor er ook ’s nachts en vroeg in de ochtend veel geluid was van leveringen. "We had an exceptional "birthday stay," after enjoying a day and evening in Deventer. Everything was super great: Reception personnel, the room, the bed, the shower with wonderful-smelling bath gel, the view. Parking was easy, close, lots of available spaces. It made it seamless to buy ferry tickets at the hotel. The ferry to the city center was less than a 5 minute walk. We didn't have dinner at the hotel, but breakfast options were extensive, high quality and satisfying, including the coffee...

"Localização excepcional. Fomos muito bem atendidos, Quartos antigos mas limpos. Ficamos num estúdio térreo que foi ideal pois tínhamos malas pesadas e o Hotel não possui elevador. O café da manhã foi bom. Possui estacionamento próprio, mas se estiver lotado, tem um estacionamento público ao lado. Voltaria a ficar neste hotel e indico com certeza."
