"No checkin tinha 1 senhora (super rude) e uma jovem (simpática). Reservei uma categoria e a senhora disse que não tinha disponível e me deu outro quarto que NÃO tinha a configuração do que precisava o qual reservei. Chegando ao quarto tive que mover a cama extra e abaixo tinha MUITA SUJEIRA então reclamamos na recepção e um atendente disse que pelo horário (22:30h) ele só poderia avisar a equipe de limpeza na manhã seguinte - tivemos que nos mesmo limpar o nosso quarto!
